I followed up with our Garden City team regarding the order. Because our 30cm cakes require a four-day lead time, the online system only displays collection dates that are available at the time of ordering. As the order was placed on 26 February, the only available dates shown were in March. That explains how you selected a collection date for 28 March rather than the intended 28 February, as February dates would not have been available.
I can certainly understand how that could have caused some confusion if you were not aware of the lead times. We're very pleased our team member at Garden City was able to assist and help resolve things on the day. Thank you for your feedback.
