Since our inception, it’s been our focus to delight with classically French-inspired food.  Nearly 20 years on and that focus has not changed.  In fact, we only wish to honour this; with a renewed focus to do less, better.   

Our new, state-of-the-art 1,379-square-metre Brendale facility is evidence of this vision taking effect.  It has been fit out with the finest European baking equipment and technology to ensure our products stay as authentic as the day we started.  

Licensing of our retail stores is the next phase and currently in development.  We’re looking for incredible people who share our relentless drive to do better.  Not only will they value quality food but are systems orientated, organised and devoted to providing customers with an enjoyable experience.
